Information notice pursuant to Article 13 of the Privacy Code

In accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we provide the following information.

Purpose of processing

  • to provide access to restricted areas of this website and related platforms/sites, and to send communications, including commercial messages, updates and information about the activities of this website and its affiliated or sponsored entities;
  • contact management;

Processing methods

Data will be processed as follows:

  • data collection through single opt-in and stored in a dedicated database;
  • recording and processing on digital media;
  • data organisation, primarily by automated means, in compliance with the Technical Specifications on minimum security measures (Annex B of the Privacy Code).

Data retention period

Data will be retained for 5 years.

Rights of the data subject

Pursuant to Article 7 of the Privacy Code (Right of access to personal data and other rights), you are entitled to:

  • obtain confirmation, free of charge, as to the existence of personal data concerning you;
  • be informed about the nature and purpose of the processing;
  • obtain from the data controller, without delay:
    • confirmation of the existence or absence of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form, including their origin, the logic applied, and the purposes of processing. Requests may be renewed at intervals of not less than ninety days, unless justified grounds exist;
    • erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
    • updating, rectification or, where relevant, completion of the data;
    • object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you.
